The couple reportedly welcomed their third child, a baby boy, on Friday, Feb. 28, according to Us Weekly. This is the third son for the Rossdales, who are already the proud parents of Kingston, 7, and Zuma, 5.
The No Doubt singer revealed the sex of the baby earlier this year, posting the below photo to Instagram with the caption, "I was ready to hand over the crown. but I guess I am still queen of the house. #itsaboy #surroundedbyboys."
Stefani celebrated the impending arrival of her little guy at a star-studded baby shower last month, which was attended by famous friends including Gwyneth Paltrow, Nicole Richie, Rachel Zoe and Chelsea Handler.
Stefani, 44, and Bush frontman Rossdale, 38, have been married for 11 years.
