The man behind "Mean Girls" is ready to jump back into the icy waters of high-school drama. Mark Waters, who directed the cool-girl classic that just celebrated its 10-year anniversary in the EW Reunions Issue, has signed on to helm a comedy called #Catfight, EW has confirmed.
